DiMaggios Family Receives Excellent Customer Service

Many of our students contact us unsure of which CPR/First Aid/AED course they are supposed to take for their school, job position, or own personal knowledge. Others contact us to find information on which course would be best fr a family member to take. At CPR Certification Solutions, we open early and stay open until 10pm every night to answer any questions our students may have to make sure we get them registered in the right CPR class.

In this case, Crissy Tomasello DiMaggio was looking for a CPR course for her son. She was recommended to us by one of her friends whose son had recently taken a class with CPR Certification Solutions. She first contacted Donald as he was the instructor for her friend’s son and didn’t know which course was right for him. She did however know that her son needed to take the same course as her friend’s son.

With this information, Donald was able to communicate with Sean and place Mrs. DiMaggio’s son in the appropriate American Heart Association Basic Life Support BLS class in Morristown on a date and time that worked perfectly for her.
